Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, please do not come to the Surgery unless you have been asked to by a member of the Practice. All patients seeking medical attention are being triaged remotely.
GP telephone consultation appointments are now available to book online. The GP will call you either in the morning or the afternoon not at the specific time of the appointment.
We are encouraging patients to use our econsult service. This system will ask you in detail about your problem and support us to safely prioritise our work and provide you with efficient care. We will respond with either a phone call from a GP, Nurse or member of the Admin Team. We also have facilities for video consultation or text response and if a face to face examination is essential we will arrange one.
In an effort to help protect the health of staff and patients we are asking patients to wear face protection, covering your mouth and nose when entering the premises.
If you need to order your repeat medication the easiest way to do this is by using S1 Online – please ring and speak to one of the Admin Team who will be able to assist you with this.
Please refer to the Government website for all the latest information and guidance relating to self-isolation and what you need to do if you have a potential or confirmed case of coronavirus. http://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
